Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer of free site survey assumes the surveying can be undertaken in one day including travel.  A fee may be chargeable for surveys of longer duration / greater extent.
  • Survey is limited to a non-intrusive visual inspection during which we will consider and report upon general condition and compliance with current regulations, standards and codes of practice of fixed access equipment on site, such as access ladders, gantries, stairs, walkways, roof edge protection (guardrailings) etc.
  • We will also advise where such equipment needs to be installed to comply with relevant regulations.
  • Survey will not consider other related matters e.g. provision of emergency lighting, signage, fire escape strategy etc.
  • In order to conduct our survey, our surveyor will need to be accompanied by a member of your staff who has good knowledge of site layout and can give ready access to those areas.
  • Please advise us at time of enquiry of any specific PPE requirements for the site(s) and area(s) to be surveyed.
  • More detailed structural validation / fitness for purpose surveys are available for which a fee will apply.
  • Following the survey, our report will be provided along with our quotation for the required improvement / repair works.
